Kendall has 30 years of leadership experience in the chemical industry at Fortune 100 and global companies, most recently as Vice President of Marketing at W.R. Grace. His career spans a diversified breadth of markets with an executive development focus on value growth, marketing & business development, and business transformation.

• He led the transition from acquisitive to organic growth for a $700M specialty catalyst division of W.R. Grace.

• Helped stabilize PolyOne’s $450M extruded sheet division, and effect its carve-out to private equity.

• Championed PolyOne’s penetration of the Transportation sector, including investments in thermoplastic composites (8% revenue growth).

• Grew Dow’s Aircraft Deicer business from $2M to $20MM EBIT ($45M to $70M Rev) in 3 years.

In addition, he has had career assignments in manufacturing, capital planning, and subsequent work in M&A evaluating potential acquisitions, as well as commercial, strategy and general management roles. He has worked with business operations in chemical process industry including custom & fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals, inorganics as well as discrete manufacturing operations such as plastics compounding and fabrication. He has served on multiple acquisition evaluation, due diligence, and integration teams.

Kendall received an MBA with high distinction from Ross School of Management at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude in Chemical Engineering at Purdue University. He has completed leadership development programs at Dow, PolyOne (now Avient) and W.R. Grace.

A relatively new father, he resides in the Annapolis, Maryland area with his wife, Margaret and their two children. When he's not chasing the ragamuffins around, he enjoys sailing, road cycling and dancing salsa.
