Accelerate the next half of your career with the Executive Breakthrough Mastermind
Now recruiting for the next cohort - Space is limited!
Are you still listening to your manager when it comes to your executive development plan?
The truth is, companies struggle with executive development.
Many companies invest in leadership and executive development, whether it’s internal time devoted to mentoring or formalized leadership programs.
According to 2017 work by Egon Zehnder, only 24% of executives consider those programs successful.
What’s more:
- Only 13% of executives have confidence in their rising leaders!
- While 30% of major company CEO’s are hired from the outside.
And yet, 72% of managers show potential to grow into C-Suite roles, as determined by 4 key leading indicators: curiosity, insight, engagement, and determination.
What is wrong with this picture?

What if you took control and accelerated your own executive development?

"It's like a medieval apprenticeship."
...that's what Directors and Junior Executives told us.

Once you identify your development needs, stretch assignments seems few and far between.
Lack of support for executive coaching is common.
At a certain level, it's hard to figure out exactly what to do, and what works. And that zaps motivation.
Then if you speak up for what you want next, you're sometimes met with a "stay in your lane" attitude.
My best option is to just stay open and flexible so I can accept whatever opportunity they throw at me.
Leadership development seems reserved for a select few. I didn't get invited.
It's pretty dicey to approach a potential mentor internally. You just never know where your conversations are going to show up.
Becoming an exec is an isolating experience. You're guarded with your leaders, in full "co-opetition" with your peers, and your reports are always positioning to you.
I was a 30 year veteran of corporate America...
I diligently worked my way up the corporate ladder, demonstrating results and getting development experiences. I was tagged as a "High Potential" and enrolled in Future leader programs, 3 times in fact.
Finally, I made it. I landed my first executive role. Vice President. Then something really crazy happened. I stepped off and started my own consulting company. I decided to take control and accelerate my own trajectory.
And as I practiced my new craft of consulting, and looked at the latest thinking in management science, I realized that I and many of my peers had been preparing for executive roles all wrong. And it didn't have to be that way.
Consider, that consultants establish trusted advisory relationships with SVP’s and CEO’s having never been immersed in their industries. How do they do it? Answer: method. Also, the science on leadership is advancing, changing how we think about persuasion, motivation and organizational culture.
And that’s what I’ve put into this experience: my executive background combined with proven methods and latest science.
Why? Because industry needs executives that are ready for this century's challenges.

As a result, I asked Kendall to lead our most difficult business segment out of a very challenging situation. Lots of options. Why this one?
I see lots of 6 week course out there on topics like "executive influencing" why a full year?
Is it for me if I’m not a Director, Executive or aspire to be an Executive?
We teach principles of thought and action to being an executive.
While that is necessary to those who aspire to be an executive, it's useful to anyone who wants to understand how to collaborate with executives.
If you are a people leader, this experience will provide you with a method to coach your employees who do aspire to these ranks. And not just the High Potentials.
What is the time commitment?
It's a range of usually 8-16 hrs a month, depending on personal context. It really depends on ambition and how quickly you want to realize ROI.
Absolute minimum is about 8 hr / month, which includes attending sessions, working on exercises and minimally progressing your quarterly project.
What is the refund policy?
We want you to be satisfied, and sometimes commitments change, and participation helps you understand the program better.
We offer 100% refund up thought month 2 of the program.
By this time you’l have:
- Personal mindset - value in and of itself
- Clear understanding of the rest of the course progression.
If you decide the experience is not for you for whatever reason, we'll refund the fees.
"Kendall is a well-rounded, results-oriented leader. He understands the P&L and levers to pull to maximize profitability, demonstrated by the success he had in a previous role. I worked with him on developing a critical adjacent market for our company, and his expertise at identifying markets, trends and opportunities was instrumental in making two acquisitions supporting growth in those markets."
