We've put together a 50-minute interactive workshop to help demystify influence and work on your personal influence plan so that you can start to make influence your ability to cultivate and leverage.
We're not talking about communication skills, or "executive presence" training (which we don't much believe in). Rather we'll look at a useful model of how influence works and approaches to pinpoint where to focus for maximum influence.
